I am Maria Jonathan. I am a freelance journalist. I have two kids and like any other children they also want their mother to spend time with them. I make it a point to spend some quality time with my kids every day. After all, they are the nicest gift of my late husband. I still remember how important their childhood wishes mattered to me so much so that I could go to any extent to fulfill those. Two years back, in a bid to give a birthday surprise to my elder kid, I planned to download a movie from the Internet and play it on his big day.

Since a week before his birthday, he was insisting me to get a hit children’s movie CD and I was not in a mood to entertain his fancy. Instead, I was pressing him for completing his vacations homework. I was overburdened with my wok and it was not possible for me to go outside and buy him a movie CD. So, I devised a way out. I thought to download it from the Internet on my desktop computer. I was keeping it a secret and did not tell to my kids about the surprise. The movie download completed within few hours. A day before my kid’s birthday, I had to complete all my pending works. I turned on my system and started working on it. Meanwhile, I found that my system was running very slowly. I tried to play the movie I downloaded from the Internet and, guess what? It started hanging in the midway. The system was not accepting any command. The applications processing stopped and there was a sudden crash of the system. For some time, I tried to find out the problems with my computer. A thought struck me suddenly. Since 3-4 months, I had downloaded many video, audio and document files from the Internet. This might be the cause for system crash.

I visited the website of a tech support company, through accessing Internet on my laptop. I called up a number mentioned on the site. An expert technician took my call. He patiently listened to the problems. After analyzing the symptoms, he told me that my system was under malware attack. He asked if I had a strong malware removal tool installed in my system. He directed me to get a strong malware removal toolfrom the Internet. I worked as per his instructions on how to remove malware through a malware removal tool.

After few hours, I had my system corrected. He really took me out from a great crisis. Had he not helped me out with removing malware from my computer through a malware removal tool, I would have been in a big great set back. I was able to play the children’s movie on my kid’s birthday. It was the best ever birthday surprise for him. And, all the credit goes to that tech support guy.
